Dungeons and Dragons can be a powerful tool in group therapy, especially for teens looking to enhance their social and communication skills. In this imaginative game participants can explore relationship dynamics and learn to read social cues in a safe and creative way. The collaborative storytelling aspect encourages teamwork and empathy, allowing teens to express themselves while having fun. This unique approach not only fosters a sense of belonging but also equips them with valuable interpersonal skills that can be applied in their everyday lives. Please note, the group is run by a registered Psychologist and two neurodivergent support staff.

Incorporating Minecraft into a group therapy setting creates a safe and engaging environment for kids to express themselves. This interactive platform allows them to explore their creativity while building confidence and communication skills. As they collaborate on projects and navigate challenges together, they learn the importance of teamwork and develop lasting friendships. By merging play with therapeutic goals, children can feel more comfortable and empowered in their interactions with others. Please note all our groups are facilitated by a Registered Psychologist and additional Neurodivergent support Staff.
