How groups are run:
We'll start with any parenting wins from participants wanting to share - typically 10 mins
A registered Psychologist will answer as many emailed questions as they can in 30 mins
There will be space for parents to ask follow up questions regarding what was discussed - 10 - 20 mins

We kindly ask you to email your questions 24 hours prior to the start time of your group. This way we have enough time to make sure any complex questions get the evidence-based, solution-focused response that is most informed.
