Neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, OCD) Mothers (and mothers to be) Support group
This support group is a safe, affirming space for neurodivergent women, specifically those with Autism, ADHD, and or OCD, during pregnancy and early motherhood. Facilitated by a registered psychologist.
Pregnancy and the postnatal period can bring unique challenges for neurodivergent women, from sensory overwhelm and emotional regulation difficulties to increased mental load, burnout, and navigating healthcare systems that are not always neuro-affirming.
This group offers understanding, validation, and practical psychological support from both a professional and peers who “get it.” The group combines gentle psychoeducation, guided discussion, and shared experiences in a non-judgemental, flexible environment. Participants are supported to explore how neurodivergence interacts with pregnancy, birth, parenting, identity, and relationships — without pressure to mask or conform.
